Our Power Plate fitness classes are a fat loss and muscle toning experience like no other. Our cutting-edge Power Plate technology massively increases the efficiency of each class. All of our sessions are 25 minutes long and with the intensity of each exercise, that is all you’ll need (or want!).
Having a shorter, action-packed slots which are held back to back from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm allows you to work them in around your busy schedule. Plus, the studio is child-friendly, meaning you can cut down on child care and bring them along!
The session workout is different every day, with each focusing on working every muscle in your body. They also have small groups, with a maximum of 5 people present at each session. This gives you the level of attention previously reserved for a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost!
Fully monitored fitness progress
Each session is integrated with the MyZone fitness tracker. Myzone records how many calories you are burning, your heart rate and training zones. It also links to medical grade weighing scales which not only track your weight but tell us what your body is made up of.
It shows how much of your weight is fat, muscle, water; and how fast your metabolism is running. Knowing this, in-depth recordings can help us tailor your fitness journey around you and set specific goals to ensure you achieve the results you want.
How do Power Plates work?
Training with Power Plate machines creates instability in the human body, as with each vibration the body is forced to perform reflexive muscle actions, multiple times per second. Furthermore, these contractions must work in multiple dimensions as the Power Plate machines actually oscillate in all three planes, exactly as the human body is designed to do. The net result is an incredible improvement in force production, or strength and power.
Power Plate machines use the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second, enhancing overall performance in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week.
